Hallo,
nutze Windows 7 64bit und habe nun Office 2003 deinstalliert und anschließend Office 2007 als Upgrade installiert. Folgender Fehlercode tritt bereits seit Vers. 2003 auf:

KB 9725841

Code 57A

Leider finde ich hierüber nichts. Update erfolgt durch die Win 7 Update-Funktion.

Wer kann mir helfen?

Du solltest alle Versionen restlos deinstallieren.
Windows Installer CleanUp für Windows 9x/ME/NT4.0/2000/XP/2003/Vista/2008
Danach Office 2007 neu installieren.
