Windows 7 friert meist beim Spielen ein

Hallo an alle

Ich habe seit ein paar monaten das problem dass mein PC meint er will nichts mehr machen und friert einfach beim Spielen ein.
ab und an macht er das auch wärend oder gleich nach dem starten....

Da ich mich hier also nicht so gut auskenne welche anhaltspunkte ihr braucht um vll. gute tips zu geben was es sein kann geb ich mal dies an:


Win7 Home Prem. 64bit
AMD Athlon 64 x2 6000+ (2x3,01GHz)
4GB Ram
NVIDIA GeForce 7900GS
MB: ASRock Phenom II

Der PC wird zwar nur ab und an von meiner Frau genutzt aber wenn wir mal gemeinsam was zocken wollen oder so, gehts nicht...
