DVD not recognised

Hi!
I have a toshiba satellite c650d laptop.
I found out that sometimes my DVD drive is not recognised.
There are times that my dvd is running well.
I don't think that there is a problem with dvd connection.
My DVD is opening when I pressed the eject button when windows is not yet loaded.
I am really puzzled by this.
Anyone has an idea how to solve this.

Ich habe ein Toshiba Satellite Laptop c650d.
Ich fand heraus, dass manchmal mein DVD-Laufwerk nicht erkannt wird.
Es gibt Zeiten, dass mein DVD läuft gut.
Ich denke nicht, dass es ein Problem mit DVD-Anschluss.
Meine DVD öffnet, wenn ich die Auswurftaste, wenn Windows noch nicht geladen ist gedrückt.
Ich bin wirklich erstaunt von diesem.
Wer hat eine Idee, wie diese zu lösen.
