Strg+C, Strg+V, usw. gehen unter Windows 7 nicht

Hallo, ich habe einen Lonovo Think Pad SL510 und bei mir gehen die Tastenkombinationen STRG+C, STRG+V, usw. unter Window 7 nicht. Hat jemand eine Idee?

das hatte ich schon - gilt aber nicht für Win 7, da es dort z.B. Netzwerk-DDE-Dienst gar nicht gibt.
Habt Ihr andere Ideen?
